Got Gear Up (Apr 30) & Warm Welcome (May 7)… but no Action Items mail?

Hey everyone,
I received my Gear Up mail on April 30 and my Warm Welcome mail on May 7 after early onboarding.
However, I haven’t received any updates since then.
Some of my friends have already started getting Action Items mails, but I haven’t received anything yet, which is making me a bit worried.
I also turned down two other offers based on this opportunity, so I’m a little anxious about the delay.
Is anyone else in the same situation?
Is this kind of delay normal, or should I be concerned?
Would really appreciate if anyone could share their experience or timeline.
