The medicine is a dewormer called Zantel I don't know if normal pharmacies sell it cuz there is human version of it and the one for cats/dogs any info would be appreciated !
Joining the wave of focus extensions I guess, FlowState, a Chrome extension I've been building.
Basically you pick the sites you want to lock yourself to, set a timer, and you literally cannot navigate anywhere else until it ends. To quit early you have to type "I AM GIVING UP" in full before the button even becomes clickable. No skipping it.
You can also choose to lock to a specific URL or the whole site, so for example with YouTube you can either lock to one specific video or lock to YouTube entirely if you need it for research or whatever. Any tabs you had open that aren't part of your session automatically get grouped into a tab group so you can get back to them after.
Also has a built in pomodoro, a YouTube mode that strips out suggestions, comments and end cards so you can actually watch a tutorial without falling into the void, session presets so you can load your usual setup in one click, and basic stats like streaks and weekly hours.
The thing I'm least sure about is an accountability partner feature where if you quit early, your friend automatically gets an email letting them know. Shame as a productivity tool basically.
Would anyone actually use this ?
