Prompt delivery, packaging was adequate. Assembly was pretty straight forward and I found the printed instructions pretty decent (video can also help). Just take your time as with any DIY and don't try to rush. Most assembly is possible by yourself, but you will benefit from another person to safely flip the desk at the end. I read a lot of comments about pre-drilled holes in the desktop not being aligned with the frame. I guess I got lucky since mine was all pre-drilled to match except for the "baffles" and the control box.
I ordered this desk to replace a relatively cheap gaming desk (non standing) that was very wobbly with my big monitor on the edge. This desk is rock solid which was the main selling point for me. For me the quality of the product and the value is most important and I believe I got exactly that.
I added 2x cable management boxes and an under desk computer mount from Amazon, both of these I felt were nice additions.
A side note, I also ordered another desk (different model) whose bamboo desktop was not in stock (noted late April delivery). However, it has been further delayed and when I reached out to support I received a generic message and after replying got that exact same message again but from a different person. Maybe a minor inconvenience.
