A lil background too the story so about a year and a half ago I was very worried I contracted oral herpes from a ex so I went and got a at home test kit came back non reactive so I forget about it, now about a few months ago I started seeing someone new but before we started sleeping together we both got full std tests (it was something that was extremely important to her before she sleeps with anyone new) So we go get the tests and then compare results, everything comes back clean she even made a comment to me about how I’m not one of the 40% or so of ppl that have a form of herpes and how that made her happy…. Now fast forward like 6 months I go into my MyChart and most the results are still there but the hsv1 and 2 results are just gone? Is that just something that happens or is something fishy going on? Like I 2000% know a test result came back that said non reactive we both saw it… she wouldn’t have started sleeping with me if we didn’t both see it… so why is it just not there anymore? And now I’m still worried I might have hsv1 now I get weird mouth acne like every 8 months or so. I don’t wanna pay for a 3rd 250 dollar test but more importantly I don’t wanna give someone something… idk what’s going on I’ve been open and honest to my partner from the beginning about my concerns but we both were relived and assured things were fine after the clean test results a few months back but now she’s worried too.
