Currently I am using QE35C, on a commando/vats build. I feel like I’m suffering DPS because prior, I had it F2535. Burst dmg was nice, sustained dmg was lacking, now it seems like a huge drop off. Maybe my cards are off for the new mods?

I did it. Something we all fear, and I’m sure I’m not alone. I scrapped the High Int Rock, no less than 16 seconds after acquiring it 😅
