From a conversation with Nepheli Loux I take it, that every Tarnished sees their own grace, which individually leads​ to them becoming elden lord. If Gideon is guided by grace, does it lead him back to his desk to amass knowledge, or does he simply not follow the guidance himself?

I am quite new to Elden Ring, so I might be making assumptions that aren't entirely correct.

Something where you need to hire adventurers and send the best combination of adventurers to different quests.
