Hii, I wanted to genuinely ask if you know of any alternative hepatic cat food that actually tastes good and that my cat will eat.
My cat is 14 years old, and last year he was diagnosed with liver disease. The vet told me he needs to eat special food to keep him from getting sick again. The problem is that the food doesn't have much protein or good taste, so my kitty won't eat it. I've tried giving him wet food and treats, and he will eat those, but if I mix them with his hepatic food, he only eats the wet part. I also tried food toppers, but that only worked for about 2 days before he stopped liking them again. I even crushed the dry food and mixed it with the wet food, but he still won't eat it. He can't just eat regular food or only wet food because it isn't safe for him. Please let me know if you have any good recommendations for hepatic cat food 🥺. I've already tried Purina, and he didn't like it. 🥺🥺
