Can you have a look at the document? Basically clients have no rights at all to claim anything on RevPoints, and moreover Revolut is claiming its right to share information on purchases with third party acclaiming to verify the transactions for proving the RevPoints. (point 9 of the New terms)

Point 10- Enforcement costs- a complete radical approach by Revolut, basically declaring their right to claim any costs even to track their customers, collection agency and legal costs, and billing them unto the client.
