Beef cheek is my favourite cut of beef. The bone marrow on the side is because I was trying to replicate a restaurant I saw online.
Rosemary garlic focaccia, cured meats, fresh mozzarella, balsamic vinegar, and sundried tomato aioli. I made the focaccia and aioli.
