Hi everyone, I went to a stylist and said I wanted a rich brown and ended up feeling like I just got blonde stripes added in all over, and I look more grey/brown than chocolate brown. I showed a TON of ref pics, including old pics of my own hair, plus what I sent above, and it still came off looking way off base. Am I crazy?

I’m going back to see if it can get fixed but any knowledgeable girlies who know better about exact colors I could use to help myself?
