Hey all, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for an outpatient opioid treatment center in or around Vancouver. Right over the bridge in Portland would also be close enough for me.

I’m coming off of fentanyl using suboxone but I would really like to get into a clinic that can help me with a dosing schedule and get onto the sublocade shot once I’m fully stabilized on suboxone. I would be open to a methadone clinic too at least temporarily so I can slowly taper and switch to suboxone.

I just moved to the area and am trying to turn my life around so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
