Posting on behalf of someone. Has anyone heard of a markup on the vouchers provided via the individual fund? We’ve worked out it’s 10% more on the purchase history than what was received. Provider claimed it was a “markup”. However the markup is coming out of the total of the individual fund. Has anyone heard of this before?
