Hi everyone! I've been cosplaying for a few years now, but I usually only wear pre-made cosplays or piece something together from what I already have in my closet. For Otakon this year I've decided to do Rouge from Sonic, but since the only breastplate I can find is not really plus size/large-chest friendly, I'll have to make one myself.
I'm completely new to this kind of thing, and I am not the most artsy person in the world but I am very determined to make this work lol. I've done some searching but it seems like everyone uses something different, and I'm just not sure which would look better or be slightly more beginner friendly. I'd love for the plate to resemble the one in this cosplayer's photo. Can this be achieved with eva foam and clay, or is there something else that I would need to do? Any tips will be greatly appreciated!
