I'm trying to disable my 90yo mother's voicemail on her landline. She has always used an answering machine and would like to continue doing that. She just moved and had to change to Comcast/Xfinity last week. I cannot figure out how to do it online and I am not in the same state as she is, so I cannot do it from her phone. I don't think she will be able to figure it out so I need to do it for her.

The AI assistant does not answer the question and I can't seem to get connected to an actual person.
