Can we get a thread going of some purchasers experiences with merchants that still have the safe to flash devices?

I placed an order for an X3 and X4 a few days ago so I'm not sure I'll be lucky

I'd like to buy a backup chance of a unit I can flash and want to find a merchant.

I've also reached out to a couple of sellers on AliEx to ask if they are shipping the units with serial number stickers.
