We just moved to this apartment last year and the lease is coming to an end. In the renewal contract, there is some amendment in the Breaking Clause section that says either the landlord or the tenants may end the tenancy without any penalty, once full and correct notice is provided in writing.

There’s also another section thats been added stating “all notices including lease termination will be made via email”.

I’m scared that if I signed it, the landlord will straightaway send the notice and terminate our tenancy. Am I worrying too much? Is this a normal thing for any lease agreement? These clauses were not in the last year’s contract so it got me suspicious.

I’m looking to get my first set of irons. I had my eyes set on either Mizuno jpx 923 or Takomo 101, but today I went on a course and hired the Callaway X2 hot with graphite shafts and I was just hitting the best shots ive ever hit in my life, one after another, It just felt really good and forgiving. Now I’m looking for these used clubs online and the only one I can find is stiff shaft.

I’m a complete beginner with slow swing speed, so I don’t think stiff shaft would be correct for me. My friend lent me his Ping G25 with steel stiff shafts a couple times but I couldn’t really hit consistent shots with those.

My question is, am I overthinking with the shaft flex? Is the difference between regular and stiff really as significant. My friend is willing to sell his Ping G25 to me at a very good price but the stiff shafts just throw me off.

Which irons should I get?
