What is Charli XCX’s new song supposed to be?
If you don’t know, Charli XCX just dropped this new song weeks after she said she was working on a rock album, and the general consensus on Reddit has been less than positive. But I’ve noticed a lot of the criticism is rooted in what this song is actually supposed to be. Some think it’s a legitimate lead single. Some think it’s a joke or a troll. Some think it’s gonna be the intro to the album.
Me? I think it’s a teaser. Everyone seems very curious now as to how the album will turn out and I think that’s the whole point.
