UPDATE: alls well, ends well. Called the shop to discuss. Pleasant convo, and while substitutions were needed due to the holiday rush, they missed the mark on the level of arrangement ordered and will be making things right. Thanks again for the input.

Am I unreasonable thinking this is underwhelming for $60?

Considerations:

- mother's day order end of week, I'm ok with a procrastinator tax and delivering after the holiday

- ordered local to recipient, using Google maps, confirming store front, etc, placed order online

- no where near what was pictured from memory (volume, I know arrangement/flowers won't be exact)

- delivery was a separate charge ($20 < 5 miles)

- city size 500k pop (ie not NY, LA, etc)

Is this what I should come to expect on holidays? Aside from ordering more in advance, would a call to the shop instead of online improve the outcome?

I always support local, just trying to gauge if this is market these days or if I need to find another shop.
