I've just bought an Epson printer to use for sublimation. It came with mug sublimation papers, pre-cut to the size of the mug. In Canva I've set up a template for the size of the papers. When I go to print, the print preview shows the correct orientation, everything in the right place, but the actual image prints rotated by 90 degrees. All the settings & the print preview shows as normal, all in the correct place. What am I missing?
