Hesitating to pay the absurd OEM price for the sake of convenience (same key and direct mount) Any experience with 3rd party options like GIVI or SHAD?

So recently moved from 650cc naked to 1000cc ADV tourer and wind protection is... different from what I had in mind.

My bike came with optional taller screen installed and had adjustable height settings, but even then I feel the buffeting hitting me from every direction. I don't feel the wind resistance but the noise is terrible, even with earplugs.

On the naked I got used the wind because up to 80mph the noise was actually manageable. Now it's just LOUD.

Should I risk trial and error with different aftermarket windscreens, taller, wider, etc, or opt for the deflector thingy that mounts on top of the windscreen (but looks terrible and it's super expensive for what it is)

or anything else I should do, bevause I'm running out of ideas.
