Hi all,

I hope this is ok to post here.

My boyfriend (Indian) is currently on a SWV but we are undergoing joining in a civil partnership.

I think I may have a bit of a hurdle and I was hoping someone would be able to advise.

For financial reasons I still live at home with family - he cannot live with me here as my parents haven’t accepted it. Now, he lives in a shared house in a double bedroom, that I could move into a bit later - would the Home Office accept this as our accommodation plans?
