Hey,

Just received my brand new Stihl FR 235.

After the start the head starts spinning immediately on full throttle (this part is not on the video). Once I press the trigger, the cutter goes from the "start" mode to "I" mode, so everything as it should be.

However after that, when I press the trigger, the engine keeps farting for the lack of better word and the head is not spinning at all. Eventually if I overdo it with the trigger, the engine dies.

No idea what the issue might be. Thank you.
