I've got an OG LCD Steam Deck and I've been trying to play Absolum co-op with my son with a docked Steam deck and we've not been able to make a single run without it crashing. It does it on loading screens but also in combat.

I buy things on steam so I can play them on my pc or on the sofa on a docked deck, but it's been so unreliable that I'm wishing I'd got it on the Switch instead.

Anyone else have this problem?

I wonder if reinstalling it could help?

I've removed the small discs from the centre but I'm unable to remove the big discs. I can't find any info online about how to do it.

This thing has been making a terrible noise when using it recently and it sounds like the motor in the head is clogged or something. Someone said it could be that the steam outlet is blocked but it's steaming just fine. The rotors are just so so noisy.

I feel like there must be a clasp of some kind holding them on still be I can't see where it would be. It's out of warranty so I guess I could just force it!

They sell replacement discs but offer no information as to how to do the replacing.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Thanks!
