I’ve had these red, non painful, non itchy line of bumps a little to the side of my mouth. they have been there for months, and flare up when I’m on my period. they do not cause me any pain nor are they ever itchy or inflammed. I’ve kept my skincare routine consistent to avoid any further damage. I have decently clear skin, it’s just these that have been bothering me for a long time. I don’t know if this is acne, pimples, or something else, because it never actually formed any pus. help is appreciated!
