I swear, this is my life: problems happen at night or on the weekend where there's no one available to help! My toilet decided that 4 am was the time to start running and ghost flushing continuously, and now, at 9 am on a freaking Saturday where everything's closed, it refused to flush! Seriously??? Someone from the lawn maintenance was nice enough to get me the after hours number, but unless someone from After Hours maintenance responds, I'm stuck the entire weekend with a running toilet that won't flush! It's a good thing it's just pee and nothing else. Otherwise, I'd have to live with poop odor in my own bedroom! This sucks, and I hate it! What a cruel joke.
EDIT: I think I figured it out! The screw on it was loosened and not screwed in the thing, and when I lifted the floater thing, it stopped running! The only thing is the screw looks like it's an better days. I'd likely need a new one, and I think only maintenance can provide that. Also, the water in the tank was so low.
