Maintenance came around to swap out all the door handles from swipe card systems to tap card. The metal frame was slightly smaller so they came around again the next day to paint over the mismatched bit (you can still see some of it by the doorframe) but they didn't even use the right colour... so they painted over mismatched paint with a different mismatched paint...
