How do I tell my brain to stick to one food?
I have quite a bit of trouble with my diet and nutrition. I’m often so stressed or exhausted by daily life that I just can’t cook. I have meal prepped before, cooked things from scratch, but increasingly I just need something in me daily that won’t encroach on my sacred Me Time.
I want to be able to eat just one food or meal forever. I want it reaaaal bad, I’ve tried huel multiple times. I keep finding myself trying to figure out a meal that covers macro- and micronutrient intake and absorption 100% (or close) while also, maybe, giving me around 30% of my caloric needs per meal.
Every time I attempt this, I fail to change little bits and pieces of the meal to keep my brain and stomach interested. I don’t feel I have the energy or brainpower to stick to something like this without forgetting within a week, and eventually fall into a cycle of buying convenience food.
Any.. tips? If I could remove my requirement for needing food to taste good (I have no food restrictions, aversions or allergies), I would.
