I work at a golf course and they will just sit next to me and stare directly into my eyes for minutes (pic)

But then they just pound their claws into the sand traps to catch little worms and bugs without even noticing me.

I keep distance and walk around them but do I need to be cautious?

I stupidly installed a cheap under cabinet paper towel holder and after a year it broke. What can I do/use to remove the base where the adhesion is?
