My flat roof leaks (not a ton, but it does).
It happened 13 years ago and I fixed it with a product called "Sticks like sh*t": not the sylicon, but a (guess what) very sticky paint reinforced with fiber glass (if I remember well). I passed through every joint of every panel. The product was guaranteed for 10 years, so I assume it's time to give it a go again.
Any suggestions on:
- the product to use (I searched for the same one, it seems it has been discounted - I found only the sylicon from that brand)
- how to clean the roof properly before applying the product. I had a go with a wire brush and took out the majority of the residues, but I'm conscious there is a lot of dust from the years.
Thanks everyone!
