What can I expect with NHS treatment

Hi everyone, I've always had really bad teeth that started from my parents not giving me a tooth brush or tooth paste when I was a kid.

I've always hated myself and been embarrassed of my teeth as well as being in pain quite alot but I finally worked up the courage to go to the dentists and they sent me for a x-ray and then I phoned my dentists and the receptionist said the hospital will be in touch about the extraction and I'm nervous about it, I'm also worried about dentures in case I can't talk properly with them or if they come out.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this process with the NHS and how the whole experience went for them

Full teeth removal. What can I expect

I posted a couple of weeks ago about it being my first time visiting the dentists for 20 years and I have really bad teeth, due to my parents not giving me a tooth brush or anything when I was a kid and then it became to painful and difficult to get into brushing them regularly.

I had my appointment and I've had a x-ray and it's going to be a full teeth removal and I'm really nervous about what to expect and I'm scared of dentures making me talk weird or them coming out. It's NHS treatment in UK so I don't think I'm going to be able to get implants or anything, just the normal dentures
