Hello, so as the post says, i need help with finding potential medical records. According to my mother, I was diagnosed ADHD as a kid, but she doesn't remember where or when and certainly doesn't have anything saying I was diagnosed.

I was wondering if there is like a general place I could go to to find my records. If it helps, I would've had a medcard at the time.
