Hey guys, I’ve been running a small Shopify store for about 8 months now. I was burning a solid fund every month just on UGC creators for product videos. A few were solid, but most were pretty average.
A friend suggested to try AI UGC tools instead, so I spent a couple weeks messing around with HeyGen, Arcads, and Kling. There’s definitely a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the results are honestly pretty damn good.
My last two ad creatives were 100% AI-generated. One of them is doing 3.2x ROAS in the first week 🔥 The other one flopped hard lol — but that’s just part of testing.
Honestly, the whole “it looks fake” worry is way overblown. If the script and hook are strong, people don’t even notice or care if the face is AI. They’re too busy reacting to the story.
Anyone else made the switch to AI UGC? What tools and workflows are you guys using? Would love to hear.
