Usage : CPU focus work/programming , CPU/RAM focused gaming (eg Paradox) with an average-to-low range GPU (no AAA), Average user , Preferably "Buy once and forget it until it stops working satisfactorily" (referring to part upgrades) .

Budget is at most 650€

• RAM*: Lets assume I already have a second hand DDR4 16Gb RAM which will last me for 2-3 years at best (in the event i need to get one, I found this at 150€ , CORSAIR CMK16GX4M2E3200C16 VENGEANCE LPX 16GB (2X8GB) DDR4 3200MHZ DUAL KIT )

Is it worth going for the above ? Is there any AM5/DDR5 alternative on the same price range with same or better quality?
