so this problem has been irrtaing me for a while, i use a Lenovo Legion 5, with windows 11, the problem is after using for 3 hrs or so I am not able to switch tabs using ALT+TAB feature, i tried restarting my laptop, the problm went away then came back after 3 hrs or so, is there any solution to this, i cant stop my work again and agin for this BS, also whevener I try to open a new app or Chrome on, The icons of the app just flicker but wont let me open the app, anyone pls help me

currently i have amy, lynae, do i go for mornye, or do i go for denia and chisa, i lost my 50/50 for hiyuki, so now i want my ameath to have the best team possible, and how good is Chisa as a healer?
