Hi all
I have discontinued valdoxan as of 2 nights ago.
At the moment I have felt absolutely fine except not sleeping very well.
I just wanted to hear some success stories about people who stopped and eventually slept again, to encourage myself it’s possible. Because I think my not sleeping is partly the anxiety about not sleeping.
No need to share any disaster stories as I am more than aware of all of those haha
