It's been 5 days (from the time posting) that the new update came out. 5 days of everyone being upset, angry and pretty much giving up entirely on the app.

SO WHY HAS NOTHING BEEN DONE!?

Not one statement to your community who has given the company money and loyalty...and goddamn faith that you'll change back to the good days (the old chat styles specifically!).

No one is going to wait around forever for change.

Change happens now not when it's too late to save the app we all love.
