I’m at that stage where adulthood feels like trying to carry groceries, bills, responsibilities, and mental stability all in one trip T^T Sometimes i look at adults who seem calm, financially stable, emotionally okay, and somehow still able to enjoy life, and i genuinely wonder what helped them get there. Not really looking for perfect life advice, more like small habits, mindset changes, or things you learned that made life feel less overwhelming over time

What’s something that actually helped you survive adulthood a little better?
