Halot Sky printer update issues
Hey all I’m reaching the end of my rope on this one. Bought a Halot-Sky printer from a friend of mine and upon setting it up clicked the option to do a wireless update. Lo and behold, the uv light bed won’t turn on now which seems to be a known (and frustrating) problem. I’ve read that doing an update using a flash drive or direct to computer usb connection can solve this, but I’ve tried to install what I believe to be the proper update files on both a drive and from my laptop and the printer keeps giving me a “drive not recognized” message in the case of the computer and a “no firmware installation package” message for the flash drive.
Im fully expecting I’m missing something obvious, so wise printer peoples of Reddit, what am I doing wrong here?
