September 2008 falcon reliability.
Sup, im planning on buying a used xbox 360, it is a semptember 2008 falcon. Would that be even close to the reliability of a jasper or should i avoid it?

I wanted to download doritos crash course through download history, and it shows content unavailable, also when i download other games it shows this error.
My xbox live works fine.

I bought this console used and upon booting it up i was greeted with a bunch of russian. After a while i got into settings and changed language to english but still the ui of the dashboard is in russian and when i try to change locale its greyed out.
