Why do so many AI companies move to Zurich?

Google and OpenAI are already there, Palantir plans to move their european headquarters tu Zurich. Theere are many other AI companies in Zurich, but I don't have them in mind right now. Hitachi and IBM are there too, and I think Microsoft too. Why Zurich?

Can I ask here since you seem so knowledgeable about hair transplants? Thank you so much for your help.

Important info: My dad still has his crown at 64, he and me don't have the "serious" male pattern baldness where the crown or behind is affected.

But I can't stand watching my temples hair disappear, already now I regret not starting finasteride earlier. Until two years ago, I basically had no hair loss, but in the last two years, somehow my temples hair started receding significantly. I want it back. I am willing to do a hair transplant, I've already looked up quite a bit of infos. I don't mind the price or the time (and pain for anesthesia) it takes, even going to Turkey is an option. But I wonder how many grafts would I need for a hair transplant in my case?

One of the biggest cause of the housing crisis and increasing rent in Switzerland is that there is just not enough housing avalaible. But zoning laws in many places prevent building above two or three levels high.

If zoning laws couldn't forbid buildings with at least five levels high, there would be a lot more appartments available in a few years. This would help stabilize the ever increasing rent costs, that are a by product of the housing shortage.

It's really the zoning laws preventing that due to NIMBY and "aesthetics". It should be allowed in the whole country to build at least five levels high without zoning laws being able to prevent it.
