I always knew that I didn’t have to get the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th badges out of the order the game wants you to play it in, but I never did it until now. Unfortunately Viridian won’t unlock until you have 7 badges - so I have to go back and do those now. I also decided I would use a team of mons I hadn’t used before, so I did (except starter of course). I have always been one to go Nidoking over Nidoqueen, Kabutops over Omastar, Jolteon or Raichu over Electrode, and Hitmonchan over Hitmonlee so I thought I’d switch it up. Butterfree literally sweeps everything with Sleep Powder/Compound Eyes/ Psychic combo, underrated!
