Hi, so I have a dead tooth that's destroyed, it only has one sharp wall and that's it. I want to prevent an infection (if there's not one already), but i'd like to keep the roots of the tooth for not losing bone. The thing is I may not be able save the rooths due to my tooth having almost no external bone left, so I'd like to find a solution. The problem with implants is that Im probably too young (19) for it to not be a future issue, any advice is welcome.
