I’ve had my Dreame H12 Pro for a little over 2 years and it has been working perfectly until a few days ago. I used it recently without any issues, but today something strange happened.
When I take it off the base, it turns on normally, the screen works, it speaks, and I can switch between modes without any problem. At first glance, everything seems fine… except for one major issue: the brush and motorized wheels don’t start at all.
The battery is shown as 100%, so it doesn’t seem like a power issue.
What’s even more confusing is that when I put it back on the base, it charges normally and the self-cleaning cycle works: the roller spins, and water loading/unloading functions are still working.
So basically, everything works except the brush and wheels when I try to actually use it.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this? Any help would be really appreciated
