Just like the title of the post.

When i play music or videos on my phone, they sound amazing, and i love the sound but after connecting them to my pc either via bluetooth or wired, i get this dull sound that clearly doesnt represent the real sound they can produce, but i cant seem to figure out why this happens.

I specially want to use them for gaming, and when i play any game the sound is horrible.

I connect some normal wired 3.5 mm jack headphones i had before and they sound clearly better, so it makes no sense, it has to be a setting of the headset on my pc.

Ive just had them for 2 days so im new to them.

Anyone else has had this experience?

If so, how did you fix it?
