Hi, im 30w pregnant, just had a sharp pain right above my belly button in the center, just lasted a few seconds and it went abd so far hasn't happened again so far. Anyone familiar with this? Just to ease my mind
I've been getting my bp at home for almost over two weeks. Usually my readings are around 12.5/8. This was also my numbers before pregnancy so nothing changes. Problem is everytime i notice a spike, which is likely my anxiety because i have issues with anxiety especially while taking it, I get even more nervous and take it more times and it gets higher around 150/90, which technically isn't even real cause later it might show 120 again. Is there any way to fight this? The more i measure it the more anxious i feel until I get the perfect number. Until i do i can't rest.

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and wanted ideas for what could have been the reason behind the dizziness I feel especially when I'm switching position, even just the head slightly. My bp is what it's always been around 12.6/ 7.7 (this is a normal number for me) I'm checking it every morning and night. My blood tests a couple of weeks ago were normal and I've had my daily dose of chocolate. This came on kind of suddenly. I phoned my OB, she doesn't sound worried. No protein in my urine and blood was fine. Could it be neck related? After staying in the same position for a bit it goes away but then i move again and it happens again. It's really weird.
Could it be a deficiency i don't know off or anything else that come to mind?
I'm in no way asking for a diagnosis just ideas cause it's a holiday in my country and won't have access to a doctor until Monday.
Ob suggested rest but I haven't been doing much today.
I greatly appreciate any ideas.
