We've got an LG OLED C1 55. It works well most of the time, but recently we've had an issue when switching it on. After a few seconds, the picture disappears and a spinning 'update' wheel appears, even though the sound is still working. It looks as though the TV is trying to update something, but we've checked the System Updates menu and there are no outstanding updates that need to be installed. The only way to resolve it is to switch it off and on again.

Has anyone else come across this issue and managed to resolve it? If so, what did you do, please? Or is just that LG don't support this model anymore?
