Is this stock?

New to me 2008 Tundra Limited 4WD.

Owner I bought it from made no modifications so everything done to the truck came from the owner before him.

Is this little block under the leaf spring an after market application for rear lift? The truck has 2 inch leveling spacers on top of coil overs so I didn’t expect to see any lift in the rear.. can anyone clarify for me?
