I recently changed stores and lost access to ALL of my old documents. I had an Excel document I would paste the CORT data into and it would make pivot tables for who dispensed, prepped, staged, wait times etc. But I need to make a new one. Has anyone done this before? I got the old one from a previous coach who isn't with the company anymore for me to email and ask for it again.

This is more of a rant since I have zero support from the other team leads or the coach but this department is.... Definitely something.

How many of you guys have conversations with pickers about hitting 600 picks a day? We end up having to reduce the cap on orders every weekend because we'll have 25 people picking and they struggle to complete 1000+ hours.

I feel like this new change of 6 totes in a cart is going to make this even worse.
