ive had all 4 lip piercings for around a year now and the left side that has a horse shoe jewelry in it has been irritated off and on for 2 ish months. it usually lasts 2 days or so and goes back to normal. this time its been like this for around a week and its so sore and swollen. i really dont want to have to take it out id rather have to switch the jewelry to a bar. ive tried putting ice on it but it just stays swollen. some advice would be greatly appreciated!
