I currently own a new 2025 Outback and has such low miles I have positive equity in it. My husband and I are considering having a another baby, we currently have a two year old. My husband is itching to get me something larger with a third row. He thinks we could use the large cargo space and the third row when relatives visit. I work from home and 90% of my travels are to doctor appointments and the grocery. My husband owns a 4 runner. We have plenty of car in my opinion. My worry is I live in CT and parking lots are not big, having a smaller vehicle is much easier. Will I regret not looking into an Ascent or a Highlander?

Edit: thank you, I’ve decided not to change cars. Instead I sent my husband my wish to have my white outback blacked out 😂

Looking for recommendations on playground mulch. My husband and I want different things. I would prefer playground rated wood chips, he wants to just use regular mulch ( potentially make his own with trees we have on the property). Does it make a huge difference ? I’m just worried about sharp pieces of wood and my accident prone toddler.
